Free Shuttle

Sit Back, Relax & Enjoy the Ride

Ride the Atlantic Station Shuttle to travel between 171 17th Street and the Arts Center MARTA station, where you can connect with over 20 local and regional trains and buses.

The shuttle runs 7 days a week between 5:00 a.m. and at least 12:00 a.m. The shuttle comes every 15 minutes (expect minor delays during peak travel times). It is a 10-minute shuttle ride between the Arts Center MARTA station and 171 17th Street, or a 12-minute, 0.6-mile walk.

Your Stop Is Just Feet Away

The nearest Atlantic Station Shuttle stops to 171 17th Street are in front of the 201 17th Street building and in front of the Microsoft building (across 17th Street, near Market Street).

Access Via Train

Your Train: Red or Gold Line

Your Stop: Arts Center Station

Your Next Steps: Exit your train and follow the signs for “Arts Center Way.”  To get out of the station, tap your MARTA Breeze card at the turnstiles.

Your Exit: Follow the sign that says “Atlantic Station Shuttle” to find the shuttle. The shuttle is free. See more information on the shuttle in the section above.

 

Access Via Bus

Six bus routes provide access to your building. Use the links below to find the right bus route and park-and-ride option for you. Need some help? Shoot us an email at [email protected] to get a customized route plan!

  • MARTA Bus 37 connects the Arts Center MARTA Station, Atlantic Station, and West Midtown. There are several MARTA stops on 17th Street at Market Street, State Street, and Village Street.
  • MARTA Bus 94 connects the Arts Center MARTA Station, Atlantic Station, Georgia Tech, and the West End MARTA Station (just south of I-20). This MARTA bus also has stops on 17th Street at Market Street, State Street, and Village Street.
  • CobbLinc 10 and Rapid 10 connects Marietta to Midtown with a stop at Atlantic Station. Buses have a drop off at 17th Street and Market Street in front of the Microsoft Building and leave from the Arts Center MARTA station.
  • Xpress Bus 483 connects from Woodstock/Town Center to Midtown with a stop at 17th Street and Market Street in Atlantic Station.
  • Xpress Bus 484 connects from Hickory Grove to Midtown with a stop at 17th Street and Market Street in Atlantic Station.

Top-notch Bike Amenities

171 employees have access to indoor bike storage, showers, and day-use locker facilities in the neighboring 201 17th Street building. Bring your own lock, towel, and shower supplies.

Please note that bikes are not allowed in the main lobby. Access to these 201 building facilities is from 17th ½ Street with a building access card. Need access? Email us at [email protected] and we will help set you up.

Easy To Carpool

Split your commuting costs, and enjoy life in the express lane. Carpools are simply two or more people sharing the ride to and from work. Need help finding a carpool partner with a similar route and schedule? Find a match via our regional partnership with Georgia Commute Options.

4+ people all commuting the same way? ASAP also helps groups of four or more—usually people commuting a long way—to form “vanpools.” Our partners will provide you with an SUV or van to use, and your group will split the costs. To find out more, email us.

Scooters

Scooters are an easy, convenient, and flexible way to access Atlantic Station.

 

  • Which scooters can I ride? Bird, Lime, and Spin scooters are allowed onsite and are conveniently located for rent in designated parking zones
  • Where should I park? Scooters should only be parked in the eight designated scooter parking zones within the heart of Atlantic Station. These zones are shown on the Atlantic Station Transportation Map below.
  • Where can I ride a scooter? (Almost) anywhere around Atlanta! Hop on a scooter and zip over to Midtown, the Arts Center MARTA station, the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, or your favorite destination. Live close by? Try riding a scooter for your commute. You’ll be surprised at how easily you can get to places.

Remember, scooters are not allowed on sidewalks, in the parking deck, or on the internal streets of the district at Atlantic Station.
